Immediately after game
Give Feedback and Team Debrief
Immediate Feedback: Provide immediate, constructive feedback to the players about their performance, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
Team Debriefing: Conduct a brief team meeting to discuss what went well and what needs work. This helps players understand the game better and learn from their experiences.
Check Player Welfare
Injury Assessment: Check on any players who may have sustained injuries during the game. Ensure they receive appropriate medical attention if needed.
Emotional Support: Offer emotional support to players, especially if the result was disappointing. This helps in maintaining their morale and motivation.
Manage the Equipment
Equipment Collection: Ensure all equipment, such as balls, cones, bibs, and first aid kits, are collected and stored properly.
